No. I know quite a few DDF'ers. Some do it in moderation, whether a bit less or more than me. Some are jumping in their skins to get more points every second.

You just don't get it.

The guy that does a little more than you, you consider normal. And that guy would consider a little more than what he does normal but you'd consider it going overboard, and so on and so forth.

"this guy is nuts. He even puts the Dans Deals "scammers" to shame..."

I would appreciate if people here were a little more open to halachik discussions and didn't just get annoyed at you and tell you to take it to the ethics thread.

I have my own personal boundaries I set up at any given moment and on any given trip for myself.
(Personality has a lot to do with it also.)

Second off, there's no machlokes that some DDFers are extreme. Extreme is no good. So whether or not any one of you is extreme, I'm not going to offer an opinion (except the ones I know). But don't make it sound like I'm saying something crazy here. All I'm doing is making a simple point-that SOME people here are taking things to an extreme and it's not good. Case closed.

Extreme is relative. I'm sure the DDFers you refer to as "extreme", when asked, will say "me? I'm sensible, look at XYZ now HE'S extreme". OTOH to someone on the outside, anyone with more than 3 credit cards is considered "extreme"...

Correct. But by that logic you can say Al Qaeda isn't extreme because relative to ISIS they're good guys. Yet you would probably consider them extreme because mainstream thought considers them so.
Getting 20 cc's a year per SSN is extreme. No 2 ways to it.
