Returns in best buy

They did not let me return a item in best buy claiming I am a reseller and I could not sell an item and therefore returned it. The manager said that I could not go to different store to return cause he put a note on the account. Question is can I ship it back to them will they accept it there? any advice is appreciated.

If you are a reseller they may ban you for it, my friend got banned for returning an item. When I buy from them and make a mistake I'd rather lose money selling the item than returning to them.

Bought on an Amex? Return to credit card, if the item was under the return $ limit.
