best hotel card

So besides for spg amex, what would be the next best card to get in regard to hotel cards... (HHilton, PC, ... i actually dont know just makin up names)
I also do live in israel so another side question is- if i would use those points for hotels in israel, what would b the best card than?

maybe the chase hyatt card? 2 free nights at any hyatt after first purchase and no foreign transaction fees

+1 In the sense that it's a good hotel card. Maybe Moish can tell you more about Hyatt in Israel.

I can tell you all about Hyatt in Israel..................The end.
There used to properties in J'lem and Dead Sea but they're long gone.  Taba and Sharm is as close as you'll get.

Sure, but considering you can buy their points for 0.6cpm do you really want to earn that on a credit card?
