Does anyone know if this can be used to buy hilton gift cards at a Conrad hotel?

Terms say "Reservations must be made at conradhotels.com or by phone at 1-800-CONRADS. "

But wanted to know if anyone had any luck buying giftcards and getting credit like the Hyatt place.

i looked into this a while back, pretty sure you can't buy a gc from them
