If they're locking us out of our accounts, how do people know that they have 0 points in their account? I have no idea if my points are gone because I can't even get into my account...

The password reset functionality works - I just did it and got in.

Of course, the zero balance Ex-Gratia greeted me.

I remember when a coke was a nickel, and you could buy VRs in OD.

That really pissed me off. Them taking my points to secure them from the hackers, I understand, and I guess I could appreciate, but not telling us what happened is just ridiculous.

Same here, they told me over the phone to reset password and they will be back in 24 hours. Nothing yet....

My Avios aren't either missing. My balance is 0 though, I'd like my 90k Avios back.

ETA: I call BA in HK, after 5 minutes on they picked up. The kind lady said that my account is under audit, but she doesn't know why. She sent a message to somebody & they will reply to my email at some point - hopefully as soon as possible.

Based on experience, don't anticipate any response via email any time soon. Their customer service is horrendous across the board. Once took me over 2 months to get a $50 refund for a mistaken charge that they admitted was faulty the first time I called them. They never sent email updates and I had to keep calling them to push the process along. If not for the fact that they're the best for short-haul flights (points-wise), I would never touch BA with a 10 foot pole.
