continental business wait-list advise???

im wait-listed for a business upgrade for 1/28 my wife got confirmed, me and my baby didn't!! is there anyway to push it through, any special number to call, or general advice to get the upgrade???
were both CO silver!! i'm star alliance gold

yes! travel agent split it, fig. it would work better since he got 1 seat confirmed right then
