So when you first mentioned it I googled some tr and now I read your great tr. I find it interesting how everyone says how awesome the ranch/trip is, and mentions nothing about smoking. It seems like the strategy is to make us think of Marlboro as good well-meaning fun peeps....

The staff does not smoke but smoking is allowed everywhere in the ranch except in 2 buildings.

There's a company called DL Blair that does sweepstakes for big companies and they choose the winners randomly.

Sounds like heaven!!!... at first i was like why didnt they invite your wife too... but after thinking it through i was like cool they even didnt invite your wife.

I smoked for so many years and not going back to it even for that...

When you win you get to choose a companion to come along but my wife couldn't take off from school so I went with a friend instead.

And FYI, I stopped smoking over a year ago. It doesn't matter to them. Half the people there don't smoke because they are the companions which could be anyone.

No. They don't even have the company logo anywhere visible there. It's a trip to make you happy, not to make you feel like you have to buy something or start smoking.

You have 2 ways to win. Be signed up on their website for all promotions or play a game on their site that they have from time to time and be an instant winner.

I was chosen at random after being signed up on their site for a few years already.
