Author Topic: Wananavu Beach Resort. Fiji Islands Price Mistake!!! (Read 8802 times)

So i have some rooms booked. Any fiji tips? Can't find any TRs on DDF. Anything kosher there? And what would be the cheapest way of getting there from NYC with $ or miles? TIA

Just an update

I had a reservation for today which I of course was not going to make, I tried canceling it and then realized that they would only give you the refund for everything but the first night if you cancel a week b4 your reservation which I didn't know....so now I was scared I wouldn't get anything back

So i called them and told them that i booked these rooms by mistake and wont be able to make it, can they please refund me as its 24 hours before my stay?

So they were very nice and they said they would be happy to try bu they first have to speak to the hotel to see if they would be ok with them, they said they would call me back

A few hours later I received and email and phone call saying they would be happy to cancel the booking with no penalty's, and they did

Refunded all back to my CC

So now I hope that the people that actually booked these rooms to stay in....Have a good time

Thank you for the update. I chose to pay further down the road (like November time or something), so I haven't been charged yet anything for them to refund me. I'll try reaching out to Agoda to see if they'll cancel without the $15 fee.

they did it for me without any hassle, I was very surprised
