The hotel loaded an incorrect rate in their system, they are unable to confirm your booking. As of this moment, you do not have a reservation. It has been put into a “holding” status until we get the confirmation from you regarding the next steps.
The total booking value you paid was USD 370.72
The actual total value is USD 1,738.13
A total difference of USD 1,367.41
Because the hotel has acknowledged their error and we appreciate your business with us, we would like to offer you a 25% discount on the total actual rate and additional 25% discount on your next booking with agoda.com which is valid for single use within 1 year on a pay to agoda.com booking.
As a compensation, the hotel will also offer you the additional items as below;

3. Roundtrip free transfer
In order to proceed, we need you to provide us with your approval. We will need to bill your card and additional USD 982.88 which is after the 25% discount.
