when i get a new card if it has no forex fee i cut off a little corner and then i have no issues figuring out which card to use

At TD Bank you could walk in open an account and walk out with a debit card, there's no charges except for ATM withdrawals, but if you signup for an premiere (not sure what it's called, no fee) account and you keep a minimum balance of $2000 then ATM withdrawals are free as well.

Or Investors bank, you could open an get the card by mail and there's NO charge at all.
