Heard a store manger talking about Elite going way up soon, telling people to stock up.
No idea if this was mentioned anywhere but a general tip when making instant is to use cold water to "melt" beans and then add hot.

Heh... I love bumping threads, and then a dead conversation - nothing to do with my post - comes right back to life (as if it was tired but then drank coffee).

I'm not saying there's anything wrong with it, it is just entertaining. Why shouldn't you continue an old conversation if there is something to add to it?

In what way is it not good?

Do you know the moisture content of the beans?

never used that machine. Popcorn machine works great but you need one that blows in a circle not the new ones that blow in the up direction.

I don't know what ooc stands for but I kinda have the coffee bug, also there is freshness that can be beat by roasting your own beans
And I find the science/chemistry pretty interesting

Way to light of a roast, can't get it to even first crack and I'm maxing out the machine
It could be my outlet, gonna try a different one

Not a machine, but this was some of the best coffee I've had. (OU certified)
