Baratza Encore Conical Burr Coffee Grinder

Excellent grinder at around $100-$125. Does a good job with coarse grinding (french or cold brew), fine (espresso), and of course regular grinding (drip). There are not many machines out there that have that versatility, and certainly not for the price.

+1, this is the one I use.

It's a blade/disc grinder (NTTAWWT) pretending to be a burr grinder (TISWWT). It's OK to get a blade grinder but it's not as consistent as a burr grinder.

What makes you say that? It looks like burrs to me when I look inside.
ETA: It looks to me like you are referring to the difference between flat and conical burrrs.

I’m looking for the best option to enjoy my daily coffee experience on shabbos. Can anyone recommend a great thermos or hot coffee pump?

so far I’ve found this.

https://www.amazon.com/Stanley-Classic-Vacuum-Bottle/dp/B07DQPZG1K

Looking for a good pump that would keep it hot for long as well

This thermos claims it can keep hot for 32 hours. You shoudl “prime it “ first. First fill with hot water , let sit for 5 min, spill out, than fill with whatever liquid you will be putting in.

To clarify, there is absolutely no issue of borer. The only potential issue is bishul which is the same as tea, if you make tea on shabbos (using a kli shlishi) you can use a pour over on shabbos.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

Why not?
Based on the Shulchan Aruch who says if you have sediment from wine and leave it in a strainer before shabbos (the reason it needs to be in the strainer before shabbos is because it's still wet and putting it in the strainer would be borer), you may pour water over it on shabbos to get wine flavored water. The reason is because borer is taking something that is already mixed and separating it, here you are just pouring in water and getting out wine flavored water (or coffee).
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

Of course you should do that. I was only suggesting the idea because many people wouldn't think of it for Shabbos. Now go find out if your Rav says you can do that lemayseh.

Kosher was in parentheses, so seems like he will settle for other flavors
