I've tried SMing and they say they can't help me. I have a $13,000 CL on it, I know the min CL for a Visa Sig is 5k. I'm not sure why they won't let me convert? Is there a number I can call?

You can move a CL down to $500 even if it's Sig.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Small stuff like Signature concierge and some other moderately valuable benefits that nobody really uses. But maybe he found a use for it.

The difference is actually much bigger. Signature cards don't have a real preset credit limit, therefore your not getting a real accurate credit utilization.

What's that mean? Signature cards don't show up on CR with the right CU %?

Signature cards may allow you to go over your CL, but the CL is still the CL that shows up on your report.

Have you seen a credit report lately?

yes, I have.  Unless I'm missing something, they don't report the CL to the credit bureau.

You are missing something, because all credit cards report the CL to the bureaus.

+1
Signature has no shaychas to CR.Visa is just the processor. Only banks report to CBs.

they just said they can't do it.

My understanding is, that some signature cards only report the high balance spent on the card, not the credit line itself. I stand corrected.
