Nordstom just canceled the part of my BF order that I cared about, now that all sales are over. Chat was useless. Is it worth pursuing any compensation via email or corporate?
Definitely call and speak to a manager, they should be able to honor the sale price.
Why would fedex attempt to make a delivery of a package that needs id and a signature at 12 noon when most people are not home ? And then make the 2nd and final attempt at the same time?
