I would venture that if the oldest grandchild (married) is not in the wedding party, it would be nice to have him do it.
I've seen where the oldest grandson in the family of the chosson /kallah, rather than their cousin, walks her down.

No but I except honesty in acknowledging the question wasn't answered instead of pretending it was.

I do not know of any established custom but this is not in my area of expertise. Very few will be able to answer about the custom for such a rare case offhand.

How many Jewish weddings do I need to see to know that? By Jewish weddings anyone besides the bride and groom and their record is optional and can walk by themselves or a companion of their choice as long as it fit any other rules or not at all.
