No. It's mostly JS material. I think there are at least some practical/useful COVID discussions, while most protest discussion is pure schmoozing. Nothing wrong with that but it can stay in JS.

I’m all for it, but the problem is not exclusive to DDF. The whole country is so politicized  and Both sides are to blame. You can’t say now with a straight face that decisions made about the virus and the riots aren’t  mostly political.
Before you know it, even the question of boxers or briefs will be political!

I haven’t, and it’s a very interesting question. I’d assume people would be more likely to donate after seeing a large number raised. Cialdini’s social proof.

Unless you look at the amount and say to yourself that they already raised an insane amount more than they need for what they are trying to accomplish.
