Let me qualify and rephrase that. What I wrote refers to the Hechsher of the Biala from Lugano. The website of Seal-K lists additional Rabbis (one of them very respectable in Lubavitch for his Torah knowledge and amazing Kolel, not sure about his practical Kashrus expertise, but it doesn't really matter, because unfortunately, he passed away about 9 months ago).

I don't think that impression is correct. Even if 80% of they're readers will buy with or without pictures, putting in pictures will attract the other 20% to buy.
If they have a 4 page article about someone, they probably look for pictures of the person doing interesting things, if they can't find, they'll just put in 4-6 pictures their photographer took during the visit and other activities of the interviewee on the day of the visit.

I understand that the publisher would consider the cover photo important for attracting buyers.  I was interested more in how the reader sees the photos.  Truth is, I haven't seen any of these publications in the past few years, so I'll try to find some later in the week and rephrase my question.

Unless you actually have a loan or will be attending college next semester and will be getting a loan, you're out of luck.
Re attending college next semester: you might not qualify even then, depending on how they'll be structuring forgiveness. They haven't announced which semesters will be eligible for forgiveness. Wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't extend to next semester.
