Yes. Especially over holidays when there's demand.
But it's very expensive.

If one is setting up a form for people to upload files, is there a way to have the file name changed when it is downloaded, for example making the file name the name of the person who is submitting the form?

I've done this sort of thing with GravityForms (wordpress plugin).

There's also a possibility that zapier might be able to do this.

The file is being uploaded with a form. I believe it is a Google form, but that can be changed if need be.

Would not be able to ask the user to change the filename when they upload, it's a very broad user base, many of whom are technologically inept and already struggle with the basics of uploading a file.
