Speech therapists?
Shpeetz serapiststs

How would they know or be able to provide a credible answer?
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

If they worked for a long time with the frum community they may have a lot of anecdotal evidence and can weigh in on whether or not speaking certain languages predisposes specific speech problems.

Who is supposed to provide a credible answer to this (ridiculous question)?

The question is not ridiculous at all. Certainly, the classification of "Chassidish" people is too broad and would need to be narrowed down, but the concept of people from different places with different languages having a lisp in a different language is common. Lisps are hereditary in some cases. It is a perfectly valid question to ask if a certain culture or group that comes from a certain place is more prone to having a lisp than the general population.

Within Chabad families, you can sometimes guess where a person's family stems from based on their type of lisp.

That was part of my point.

What does "culture" (especially when referring to "Chassidish") have to do with it? Hereditary? Maybe. But the notion of prevalence in "Chassidish" vs "non-Chassidish" circles makes no sense. (When talking about lisps, the first two senior citizens that come to mind are Rudy Giuliani and Yudel Krinsky).

Is there a difference between “zero sugar” Pepsi and “diet” Pepsi?

And is this a true story?

Cultures are sourced in places with different languages, dialects, and perhaps even hereditary differences in jaw and tongue shape/positioning.

My dictionary isn’t being helpful on this.

So it’s different sweeteners and people prefer one over the other? Had a disaster of a cherry Pepsi zero last shabbos and I’m going regular this week before I give diet another chance.

Don't know what you mean, but I would guess to let water go through, but not let garbage in

Something like the attached picture.

What changes if garbage is on top of of the rocks or on top of the soil?

ETA actually I could see the difference. The rocks will still allow the water to get to the majority of the soil as opposed to of garbage is in the soil it will cover more surface areas of soil.
