Did Walmart+ replace the Edit Tip option with an Add Additional Tip option?

No, I usually tip a percentage but then sometimes edit it after. Except that now I'm not allowed to lower it like I used to when the situation called for it.

My guess is that it is against the T&C and Dan has a relationship with the banks  ( https://www.dansdeals.com/#advertiser-disclosure ) so he doesn't want to host a blatant violation of the T&C on his site.
