My family members say that tilting a seltzer/soda bottle to the side helps it not fizz up so much on opening. I disagree with them because they don't have any rational explanation of why and I've personally never seen a dramatic difference. Although I havent done many tests and hard to compare bottles.I just googled now and saw one article from Yahoo about it.and one comment something to do with CO2 getting more area to be reabsorbed idk. Still not convinced.So, does tilting a seltzer bottle help?
It's the same concept of tilting a cup when pouring beer into it. There's probably more to Google on that.
DD placed a plate with metal spoon that had a plastic handle in microwave it, caught fire and all walls became black, I cleaned it and I see no arcing or damage just staining, is my microwave safe to use?
