Why do the original wiper blades last longer than replacements?
It seems the answer is they use better materials (rubber) with specifications for that car.

Kollel guy in [redacted] is about to pay for his order when a chayal behind him interposes his credit card and says, "I'm paying for that." When he asked him why, the chayal replies, "I work for Iron Dome. I was sent to Ukraine to train them in. Over there, they have the same system, same staff - and a 45% success rate. Here, we have a 95% success rate. It is you guys who provide the extra 50%."

Q - When the average Joe reads this story what conclusion will they come to?

The fictional soldier should have done a better job training the fictional Ukrainians

Are you asking for an explanation for the story?

He's implying that the merit of the Torah and Prayers from the kollel guy is what is really providing the protection for the country.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Wow. If only this was an option back in the days...
how many days ago is considered ‘back in the day’? Can yesterday be called back in the day, or a minimum of a decade or so ago?

Well the literal meaning of “back in the day” is earlier that day…

Beautiful story, but since Ukraine doesn't have the Iron dome, nor the David Sling, nor the Arrow 3, he would wanna make sure which system that chayal was referring to with the differing results.
in this clip trump says Israel using patriot systems and they are 100% accurate 🤷‍♂️

To quote someone famous...

he doesn't know what he is talking about

So they haven't been using them for about a year.

But the story is valid...

Why can’t our lawmakers adjust the $5k dependent care deduction for inflation? Its been the same for decades which is ridiculous. Is there something controversial about it? I would think both sides of the aisle should be in on this.

Young people don't vote, so things that benefit them have a harder time passing then things that benefit seniors, who do vote.

Why am I labeling all DD's clothing for camp when it's the exact same as everyone else's?

Anyone know of a way to get an excel of walmart purchases? (Without installing a dubious chrome extension)
Their order list is not easy to navigate, there's no amounts listed on the list and you can't control-click to open multiple orders in tabs and the date filter functionality is very minimal. Sigh.

Their search is the worst, it doesn't match the simplest of queries.
