I'm going to be buying a vacuum... am I better off purchasing at BB&B or at Coscto, in terms of their return policy (in case it breaks C"V)?Thanks!
Costco is known for an awesome return policy. Besides, it's an electronic that you'll be buying with an Amex, so the returns are definitely in your favor.
Right. I'm worried because I've been reading reviews for vacuums that have 5 year manufacturer warranties, but people say that they are impossible to deal with, and want to charge for repairs. If it's still within the manufacturers warranty, I don't know if amex will want to help...I seem to remember that Costco only gives a year. Is that true? Thanks
IIRC, in electronics it's very possible. I think they have a bit of a weaker return policy on those. But why shouldn't you contact amex CS and ask them directly what their policy is?
Amex's warranty begins when the manufacturer's warranty ends.
My experience (with a cheap item) was that Amex refunded me even within the 1 year item warranty.
bought a physical gift card from giftcardspread and after 2 weeks i finally got it. however, now i find out that the store doesnt allow the use of GCs online, and i dont really want this anymore. any way out besides selling it for a loss?
H&M?
ya
Maybe try selling it at cost on the goods for sale board. How much was the GC and what % off?
