If their phone system has an auto-recording saying that they "may" be recording you, do you need to notify them that you "may" be recording it as well?
Laws depend on where you live. Some places require both parties to know, others say that only one is enough. See downthread of the link in TimT's previous post.

Problem with that app linked above is that I have to put them on hold for a second to merge the calls and I don't want to do that. Don't want them to have any clue that I'm recording the call.
