How about this ?

"Some video formats show only the pixels that have changed from frame to frame. Other video formats track the movement of pixel groups (like a ball moving from the top of the screen to the bottom), and display the result of how the groups moved and changed."
Interesting!
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

Is that how they create any kind of fiction scenario from a real picture, FE the collapse of a famous building?

Thoughts on home strep tests?

Doesn't look like reputable pharmacies sell them though.. CVS etc.

Much cheaper than a doc visit to eliminate possibility of virus..

Depends on their quality obviously. In Chicago, there is a service offered by an organization, that does them. Typically they are accurate when positive, and when negative will usually go for a culture. Many doctors will write a prescription based on them.

Anyone know of a way to get a hotel for someone under 21? I'm not available to check the person in, and all hotels on Priceline are saying 21+ which has been confirmed by calling the hotel directly for 3 or 4 of them. Are there specific chains that allow 18+ to rent? Specific location needed is Louisville KY

I've stayed at a few hotels before 21. Never had any issue.
If you're really nervous then try this site. It's showing 2 places in Louisville. http://youthsociable.com

lately the line has kind of blurred a little I think, but "best of" I believe was to highlight threads or posts of particular interest/quality. "one liners" is just that, one particular line/quote that stood out to someone as particularly sharp/funny/whatever

@whYME Put it well. The "Best of" is for great content, ideas in the broader scope. Additionally, in the OP of the "One Liners" thread you'll see I stressed that it also focuses on one liners that become great because they were taken out of context. It adds just that much twist to the thread.

What's the point in the compass on the rear-view mirror?

What practical difference does it make if I know whether I'm driving N, S, E, or W?
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

I have to just assume that you're very young. Too young to remember the days before GPS/cell phones?
