How do you make your sukkah as comfortable as it can be?

Sure. you can get an outdoor ceiling fan I have one and it's up all year. Plenty of sukkah's where I live with A/C as well. but it doesn't usually rain here.

It's not so simple. If you ever plan on taking this up on a legal front, you need to make sure you are up to speed on your legal requirements whatever they may be, before going that route. If you are still legally required to pay rent, you would be starting off in the wrong before anyone even got to his side.
Memories last forever, make them while you can.

Would he even know that it was a stop payment as opposed to bounced check ? I could tell him I have no money in the account. I forgot to mention I don’t mind if he throws me out but I don’t want to loose the $$. And that besides the security deposit he has.

How about if you just move out?  Tell him to use the security deposit as this, your last month's, rent.

I don’t really understand the 401k/ Roth system. I just have a quick question.
My company offers a match, if I leave the company and go on to a different one or decide to go on my own does that money that I have deposited till now stay as an active investment? Will the match money from my company stay mine too?
Really noob at this.

Also, what does the company gain by giving the match?

Some companies have a vested period. You have to stay x amount of year before the match is yours. Some have a sliding scale also. Need to check your companies policy.

It depends on your company's vesting schedule. It can be fully vested immediately, or gradually up to employment year 5. It could also be something in between, but I've never seen it.

The match, like all employer paid benefits, are offered by the employer in order to attract and retain talent.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

To clarify. The longest legally possible vesting schedule is 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%. IINM anything with a steeper vesting schedule is OK. Though IIRC a 3 year cliff (0%, 0%, 100%) is also legal.
