-1. I don't know enough about music to describe it (maybe key change?) but the shift at 00:46 is not a full octave. Steinmentz does stay a full octave about the shift though.

Correct. Sorry didn't really pay attention to it, just wanted to grab a quick example to see if it helps. At 00:46 that's going up a scale (transpose).

In all seriousness, IINM, Ashkenazi custom is not to give the name of a living family (father, mother grandfather, grandmother, etc. Uncles, aunts and cousins are ok). Sefardic custom is to name after living grandparents. But even then, they would just give the name, no "junior".
