Not unless they're specifically hating. When you hating those that ARE a specific race/religion/gender it can be named, but when you're hating those that AREN'T X, Y, or Z, it's just plain old hate. Not any better or worse necessarily, but different.
I was thinking along the lines of White Supremacist. They (use your own word) anyone that isn't one of them.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

I hear that. Probably as close as you'll get to a real name for it. Although, white supremacy is still something between races, and the Jews are a people, so I'ts hard to label one as that in this particular case. Obviously they aren't mutually exclusive.

Unfortunately this is the human condition. Every race/tribe/religion hates/dislikes/despises (to some degree) the other one. If you’ll be honest, you’ll agree.

So there is still a lot of work to be done.

Does Judaism believe/teach that one will be judge on the total of their actions?

It's not all added up and then one is sent to Heaven or H***. One is judged on each action.  One is accountable for each action.  But repentance and changing your future actions can wipe away the negative results of an former bad action.

Quote from: Chabad.org link=https://www.chabad.org/library/article_cdo/aid/132416/jewish/Superiority.htm
As a small child, Reb Zalman Aharon (the “Raza”), the older brother of Rebbe Sholom DovBer of Lubavitch (the “Rashab”), often complained that he was noticeably shorter than his younger brother.

One day, the Raza sneaked up behind his brother and pushed him lightly into a small ditch. As the Rashab stood up in surprise, the Raza seized the moment and pointed out that now he was taller.

Rabbi Shmuel of Lubavitch, the father of the two boys, observed the entire episode. The Rebbe asked for a chair, ordered the Raza to stand on it, and asked him, “Tell me, who’s taller now?”

The Raza answered excitedly that yet again he was taller.

“Aha!” said Rabbi Shmuel. “There you are! To be bigger than your friend, there is no need to pull him down. Simply elevate yourself!”

Yes but.....
There is definitely the concept of sifrei chayim and sifrei meisim. It is some blend of being labeled and also receiving credit for every good deed and punished for every bad deed (this is way oversimplified)

According to Maimonides, that is exactly how a person is judged yearly on Rosh Hashana and the Days Of Judgement aka High Holidays.

Depends on the context. A good car is  better than a decent car.

Much better is better than better, much much better is better than much better and much better than better, and good is better than decent but it's not much better than decent.
