Why would a female having had such surgery disqualify her from conversion?

Repost: I know that many items sold on Amazon Warehouse as "Used" are actually new just opened/broken box, etc.
Does that apply to electronics? A phone sold on Warehouse as "Used- Item will come in original packaging. Packing will be damaged", is that a new phone with broken packaging or is that an actually used phone?

Paintings don't give you background. If Newton was a painter, the picture would show an apple on the ground, not how it got there.
