I'm trying to remember details of a story I read years ago, but I'm only recalling the vaguest of details.

Basically a bochur who led a group others in one of the bigger ghettos in learning, completely ignoring and defying the Nazis. I'm thinking his name was Matis something, but I may be completely wrong. His group was knows as something-niks, maybe?

Anyways... I've read about him a couple of times but I can't remember details. Anyone have anything?

As to my opinion, the only real reason to go with Jif is because the creator decided to pronounce it that way. It should be Gif like gift since it stands for Graphics Interchange Format...

He used to need a whole bunch of cards, but the new generations of cards have a generous enough amount of storage for all those high res shots of the giraffes in Chobe, along with all the food he gorged himself on in Gauteng JNB.
