The internet is color blind

People can answer whatever they want, but Microsoft Eyedropper will give an RGB code. Take a screenshot and use eyedropper to "read" the color. Depending on where exactly you click you'll get slightly different variations, i.e. slightly different variations of BLUE and GOLD. For example, 116-130-175 and 86-71-40.

Why does every Purim decoration etc. say "שמחת פורים"?
Is it a ונהפוך הוא of פורים שמח?
Or did someone try translating א פריילעכן פורים and not realize that in Hebrew the words go the other way around?
