Broken Stroller - BBB Question

So I bought a City Mini GT Double Stroller in March 2014 from Buy Buy Baby. The stroller frame broke. If I have the receipt, can I get it replaced at Buy Buy Baby or do I need to go through the manufacturer?

You Can try buy buy baby best would be to go to bed bath and beyond. I heard it don't work in NY but works great here in Atlanta GA.
