Ok , and an actual competent rav cam disagree, especially on an issue as complicated as eiruv.
Don't get the inverse relationship. The now complicated the easier to disagree?

Then how can you trust your rav?
I trust that he relies on previous poskin and applies their psak to my contemporary question. NOT disagree with them

Easier to interpret differently or come at a different solution
Hence the danger to disagree

Good luck with that. Cuz no poskim ever argue or disagree.

Then how can you trust your rav?
Every one should trust their own rav and therefore it's the rabbis who tell their kehillah that they may use the eruv who will burn for it and not the kehillah
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

FTFY why is your side of the coin always right?

Anyways that's not my point... my point is that NO rabbi will burn if he learned through the sugya and came out with his psak then he is allowed to pasken like that (even if reb Moshe does not agree).

IIRC in his tshuva regarding the eruv in Brooklyn R Moshe himself writes that someone who understands the sugya differently is OBLIGATED to pasken based on the way he understands. Either, to take this further off topic, R Moshe's understanding of how to calculate 600,000 is definitely not the way it was understood by the Bais Efraim, Mishkenos Yaakov, R Aharon Kotler and many more. Someone who argues definitely has backers.

You make it sound like I always come out screaming that everyone is wrong, there are many other times where i disagree and don't comment because you follow your rabbi and i will follow mine, however there are some cases where it's more than that like when R' Moshe says they are wrong.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

If it can seriously ask such a question, you will never accept / understand an answer.

What if Rav Moshe was wrong?
That has nothing to do with YOU! Hashem gave us the torah to learn and he gave the rabbi the power to say a law after understanding it.
