Since many colleges use gmail, can I ask my friend who's a student to let me use his account with a "." or "+" and have the emails automatically forwarded to me?

Even if ur in school do u think there's a way to contact the board of ed and tell them ur in a private school and they will create one? Or that doesn't exist either?
