I was surprised- I assume they did not get stats for Spirit users, or they would have been #1. But, what do you think? I don't fly many airlines besides United, so I can't comment on the others.

I can't imagine delta is so much better than aa or dl.  I guess they underreported or people don't even bother complaining

Delta has one of the best operations, makes perfectly sense.

I'd say Spirit doesn't get that much complaints because people know what to expect.
