You should be fine. If you are worried and want to make it less obvious then you can mix in some regular grocery items with each purchase...that way you don't have a bunch of $505.95 transactions on your CC statement.

citi dosent recieve L3 data from shoprite/stop&shop etc?

There used to be a merchant lookup tool for L1/L2/L3 questions, but I think Visa took it down.

That being said, I don't think the stop & shop family of grocery stores provides L3.

I have no clue for Shoprite.

Anyone have an eitza how to get through to Citi fraud dept? They froze my account because of 'suspicious activity' - something that I let them know beforehand that I will be purchasing and that the purchase is authorized. I tried calling the fraud dept a few times, waiting on hold for over an hour each time and did not get through. Tried chatting online, but they said I need to call fraud dept. Is there any trick to speak to a live rep without waiting over an hour?

Speak to excecutive response unit. They agreed with me and said they will either change the rule or update the verbiage to include product change

Do you or anyone else have a direct number to reach the executive response unit?

Reps dont really know how to get me there..

I'd recommend trying the fraud team a couple more times, try calling during slower times (perhaps try 1030AM EST since most people should be busy at work during that time).

1. Is Citi shutdown permanent? if not, how long to get back in?
2. Are spouses at risk if P1 is shutdown? What if they have a different mailing/billing address but same zip?
3. Has anyone gone through Darr and did that affect reopening Citi accounts if it's not a permanent ban?

One of my children shared points with another of my children and now Citi is saying they cannot be transferred out to an airline. Taxable points are points that are not earned from spend, like points earned from opening a Citi bank account. Seems like they treat shared points the same way. Can only be used for travel booked through Citi travel portal or for GCs or pay with points. Is this a new thing?

Nope. They came from spend on another cc. But the rep was translating "activity unrelated to purchases with your Citi credit card" as transferred points as well.
