Correct,  and shloc doc,  if he is familiar with CM I suggest you ask him first before assuming that.

Wouldn't that hurt your credit score if you don't pay the bill in full? Or does it only negatively impact you if you don't pay the minimum?

It would affect your credit utilization ratio, but as long as you make the minimum payments the unpaid balance shouldn't show up negatively on your credit score.
