I'm assuming that's what you mean. And is this for AF's? I clicked the link it's pretty vague.

What refund is this for?

Apparently it's from a lawsuit settlement. Amex was charging a premium for booking travel tickets I believe.

My cousin got $2,500!

SELECT PREMIUMS ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

If an insurance premium listed below is eligible for refund, follow these steps (click "Need Help?" for information on refund eligibility):

1. Check the box in the first column.

2. In the "Reason for Refund" column, select the reason why the premium is eligible for a refund. If prompted, provide additional information.

3. At the bottom of the page, check the box to certify your selection(s) and then submit your insurance premium refund request.

We’re Sorry…

The account that you have selected shows no eligible charges. If you believe this account was billed premiums which are eligible for refund, please call 1-866-403-6560 to speak with a customer care professional.

What is a “Non-Ticket Airline Charge?”

As previously communicated, there may be occasions when you are billed premiums for airline purchases that are not tickets. For example, a flight change fee may be recognized by our systems as an airline ticket. This would result in a premium being billed. Other examples of non-ticket charges are baggage fees and seat upgrades.

No that was for return protection shipping costs, something else.

Not sure what info is required but if it's just the actual card number I think it's on the top of your statements.

Yup. I looked back at old emails of when I got statement alerts and it's on the top of the email.

don't have my old statements, and didn't have email alerts on my old accounts, worth calling amex to get it or I risk them actually seeing a long list of.closed accounts and will flag me ?
