I don't think anyone cares about the names of places, half as much as the stories behind them
Without getting personal, how do you get to travel so much?
Because I decide to.
I guess that answers that
Maybe the question was not clear enough. But to explain my answer, I feel that people think of travel as an expensive & unsustainable hobby. For me travel is life, exploring the world and its intricate secrets is what gives me pleasure. Others seem to work for 40 years so they can retire in a big house, and perhaps see a new country every year if they are lucky. I'd rather see the world now and be more experiential for 40 years & then spend my last years being with my family, playing with my grandchildren every day....
