My position on this is that the high salaries are very often deserved based on either the amounts of money they bring in or that they can get the same money elsewhere.
My only problem is when everyone hails them as selfless heroes working tirelessly for the community
Nobody applauds hardworking lawyers who work insane hours to support their families .
There are plenty of ppl in our communities that work tirelessly for little or no pay that don't seem to be recognized at all as "heroes"
