There is no "systematic" abuse because they are blacks (Read because they are hated). though self understood (apparently only to some) that they should be more carefully watched because they generally commit more crimes and have more gangs fighting and the list goes on.....

I add one bit that accordingly it's the same treatment.
U have to look at the Stats of the crime commiters and then "accordingly" they all get the Deserved (apparently arguable) treatment.

It's sort of like holocaust deniers saying that the holocaust never took place but that the Jews deserved it anyway.

So when black teens are innocently hanging out they deserve to be harassed and when a group of white teens hang out they don't deserve to get harassed?

When a black professor gets locked out of his house and calls a locksmith to break in he deserves to be taken into custody and when a white man does the same he doesn't deserve it?

And the stats are skewed by the almost-obsessive watching over their communities by over-eager cops. I'm not saying they don't commit more crimes per capita, because I honestly have no idea, but it doesn't excuse racial profiling.

Statistics show blacks graduate from high school at a lower rate than whites. So that makes whites smarter?
