If I'm flying on KE JFK-ICN-CNX and my layover in ICN is ~36 hours, will the bags be checked all the way through or I'll be able to get them in ICN and then recheck them the next day for my second flight?

Not sure if this is the right thread but couldn't find a better one to ask in. What's is a reliable site to look at historical stats of a certain flight to see how often it gets delayed or lands late? If you know of a better thread, feel free to point me in that direction.

Airportia.com
Thanks. Better than flightaware.com? Because the data that these two sites have are VERY different.

Booked two (nonrefundable) one-ways on AA.  Need to change times of each of the flights.  Any way to do this without taking a major hit?  Thanks

A good enough reason why you have to change.

A good enough reason why you have to change.

So data point: I called last night and they said they'd change w/no fee but for the fact that there wasn't availability in the earlier flight.  Called again this morning and they said "just so you know, if you booked online, you can always call within 24 hours and change with the $200 fee waived."  So they changed it, no problem!

I friend of mine booked tickets on ELAL to TLV for presidents week back in November. His wife became pregnant afterwards and since she is high risk they dont let her fly. He submitted the doctors letter to customer relations but here is thier response.

Thank you for contacting El Al’s customer relations Tel Aviv.

Firstly, on behalf of El Al, we wish you Mazal Tov.

The ticket you are holding is a restricted economy fare.  There are no provisions on this fare for medical waivers or any.  As much as we regret, we are waive the cancellation fees. In order to refund your tickets minus the penalty, please contact our reservation team at 1-800-223-6700. It is possible that you may recover the penalties through your travel insurance. If you have such coverage, we will be happy to help by providing whatever information the insurance company may require.

We hope for your understanding.

Is there anything he could do? Or keep trying to Fight? Is elal correct in their policy?

huca can't hurt and if you have a friend who is a travel agent they might help

Not discussing this specific case, but can you blame el al for not accepting doctor letters when everyone has a friend relative etc that's a doc. ( at least in Israel It's quite easy to get such a letter imho)

Not suggesting anything, just stating a thought.

Are you allowed to pack a spray can of Pam in a suitcase or is that considered a compressed air can that they don't allow?

Why is it different than deodorant?
