Just had the most bizarre experience. Flying lax-sfo-tlv. One pnr for me and some kids, one for wife and baby, baby has seat. All booked through UR, revenue tickets. Checked in for all flights
 online before leaving LA. Get to sfo uneventfully, (except for that they stupidly checked the stroller all the way through to tlv by the gate check) and board flight #2, all scan fine, except my wife's.
Turns out her ticket was refunded. They rebooked her, but had no record of it at all. Ended up being the last to board, having started in preboarding.
The only thing I could think of was that I had an award J ticket for her on that flight, which I canceled weeks ago. But if that was the issue, then I shouldn't have been able to check in at all.
Any ideas?

Also seems like her return trip (again, only her, not the baby) on AC was canceled as well. Will have someone call UR soon, but very strange

I got it in edge, but CS claims this is a problem they are working on, just trying to figure out if other people are experiencing the same.

Bringing my own meal on board.
The meal I have is frozen. And double wrapped-ready for microwaving.
Will it be able to be heated by the flight attendant? Or will it not defrost and get hot?
(If I defrost it in advance, it will have liquid and not pass security. )

Kosher meals are also frozen when the airlines get it. 
Keep it frozen and just make sure they leave it in long enough at a decent temp. Just like you would at home. You could feel it before you open it and send it back if you think it's not hot.

You say microwaving, just bear in mind that most aircraft gallies have ovens, some have microwaves and very few have both so pack it accordingly.
