Where is one supposed to post a Flying Blue question on DDF? Booked FB have booking reference but not ticketed yet. How long does it take to ticket? How do I know its confirmed?
I booked an Austrian Airlines ticket through UR chase points and i would like to add a lap infant. Chase says they don't have the ability to add an infant and Austrian says it has been been done through the travel agency. I've spoken to multiple agents and supervisors on both sides with no luck. I had done this many times in the past with chase but now they don't let. Anyone have any ideas for me? Thanks

Happy ending!! - i called Austrian Airlines israel office who were happy to add the infant to the booking!! Apparently their rules allow the adding of an infant to an travel agents booking..
