First time posting here...Maybe someone can help me. I booked flights with Delta through Chase and then had to change/cancel my tickets due to entry restrictions to Israel (a few months ago). Now I'm stuck with Delta travel credits that can only be used through Chase. Problem is, whenever I try booking online with my travel credits, the site messes up. Then, each time I speak with a rep they tell me the flight isn't available or that it cost significantly more than the price I see online. I tried speaking with a supervisor and it didn't help. What are my options now?

DOT complaint, ask for refund due to entry restrictions.

What is website to check all flights? Not priceline,expedia

How do airlines decide which flights to cancel and which flights to fly to / from the airport affected by miserable weather on the same day and hour? Is it pilots training/certification, crafts hardware, or something else?

Eg on 2/17 around 2pm in DTW winter storm with rain started changing to sleet to freezing rain to heavy snow, somewhat c.30% (Delta) to c. 45% (Spirit) flights were cancelled, but still some crafts were landing and taking off.

There are probably multiple factors, but as a starting point, the regional aircrafts are usually the first to get canceled.

IMHO, if it's packed regular, probably Matzah-Farfel. If it's packed with cushioning and big "fragile" & "Glass" stickers, you may have a chance.

I filed a DOT complaint. How likely is it to get a refund? How long does it take for DOT to respond to and resolve my complaint?

United cancelled my flight (2 months before the schedueled flight) and put me on a earlier flight that day. I asked to be changed to a later flight but was told that there are only business class seats available on that flight. Can i require them to upgrade me?

Two questions:
- Anyone know if I can get Kosher Meals on COPA Air? (My flight legs are JFK-PTY-COR and COR-PTY-JFK)
- If I bring food with me in my checked luggage, will it pose any issues with either Panamanian or Argentinian customs?
