Booked an international flight (US-Israel) with Delta thru Chase UR. I mistakenly only put my wife's middle initial on her ticket thinking her passport only had the initial (so i.e M for Miriam). Will this be an issue? If yes; can I easily change it? Anything on the phone takes forever these days! Called Chase, I need to await a callback..........

I don't know  about Canada.
I do know that in the USA you will not be able to enter with only a foreign passport as a citizen. The US validates the citizenship with the passport, and if you can't provide a US passport, you will only be able to enter as per the laws pertaining to the country of your passport.  For example if you are a  US citizen with only a French passport, and the usual protocol for entry from France requires a visa, then you will need to arrange a visa prior to entry with your French passport into the US as a US citizen.
I know of a family who's child was turned away from entry in the United States, because only that child  had a non- US passport. They had to arrange for a visa for the child to be able to return to the USA, a matter of a couple of days. (A US family who's primary residence is USA)
Logic indicates that other countries would follow the same protocol, so I would suggest you contact the correct Canadian government offices to ascertain the law.

Flying from Israel to JFK with a stopover in London (2 separate round trip tickets). We originally left ourselves more time and no travel, but once JetBlue cancelled or return flight, we're now landing in Gatwick at 1:30 am and leaving Heathrow at 8:30 am. A cab or Uber on the middle of the night should get us there safely if there isn't to much of a delay from tel aviv (a big if). Thankfully, no luggage to check. If/when we get to Heathrow in the middle of the night with extra time, what do you recommend? I have priority pass, but it looks like the lounges will be closed, and anyway there isn't much in terminal 2 where JetBlue flies from.

ok im just going to ask some questions about united polaris..thanks in advance for any help!

united Polaris - whats the best seat to pick for a single? i know odd is usually good, but the seats on there seating chart show all these seats facing out instead of in towards the window.could it be the chart is messed up? right now i have the one that's the seat is straight near window.

any kosher food these days at the Polaris lounge in Newark?

flying back from tlv to nwrk does united have any lounge access in airport?

any polaris fast lane for hand luggage security?

OK, JetBlue just cancelled the new flight, leaving me potentially stranded in London if I take the first flight, or in Israel if I don't. JetBlue just sent an email saying it's cancelled, but no alternate plan offered yet. Chase can't help us because even though they booked the original flight with miles, the replacement one was directly through Jet Blue.
Any advice appreciated, thanks.

I'm sure there's a thread for this, but I'm pressed for time, so please forgive me.

I booked award flights on American for 2 passengers, flight is tomorrow. One passenger now wants to cancel. Is that possible without canceling the whole reservation? (There are no seats left, so rebooking is not an option.)

You can always split the PNR, but you can't combine them.

Just make sure they cancel the right one.

A Canadian family of which one child has only a US passport, will they be bale to re-enter Canada?

Canadian children entering Canada by air need a valid Canadian passport:
"Dual Canadian citizens, including children, need a valid Canadian passport to board a flight to or transit through Canada by air."

Although definition of minor may change based on province:
"Minors need the right documentation to travel outside Canada. The definition of a minor changes from province to province and from country to country.

Provincial definitions of a minor

Before you leave, check with your destination’s closest embassy or consulate to find out if there are specific entry or exit requirements for minors."

Practically if the border agent would let the child through, I have no idea.

My AA flight from ORD-LGA was just cancelled with a few hours notice. I have a 10:30pm flight on Ek from JFK. American told me to pound sand, no flights, no other airports, nothing. Anyone have any insight?

What options did they give you (i.e. take a flight the next day, etc.)?

Operational reasons for cancelation. I need 2 seats, so they tried UA but said nothing has 2 seats. As of now, rebooking options are all tomorrow.
