Random Airline Questions.

I believe that you will have to enter as an Israeli national, not a US citizen.
Which airlines (or banks: Chase, Amex, etc) don't have penalty free cancellations when paying with miles/points? More than 24 hours after booking obviously

does anyone have experience if it's possible to fly TLV - NYC with a valid Israeli passport & expired USA passport?
I don't have experience but I imagine you're going to have issues at check in, I think if you made it to CBP in NYC they'd let you in. To be safest probably get an emergency passport from the embassy

it's impossible to enter as an Israeli without a visa.

it's for my friend & it's not a rush trip, he will try the luck.

His problem is in Israel, they likely won't let him board the plane with the expired passport

If a child on my reservation isn't showing up at check-in will I keep that extra seat or airline can assign an overbooked passenger? JetBlue.
How do I ensure I keep that seat?

I have not flown in many years and recently booked tickets with Turkish Air. I filled out the first and middle name as "first "Middle", yet on the ticket conformations it is written as firstmiddle without the space in between. is that how it is supposed to look on the ticket or is this a problem and need to call the airline to correct it?

My son is going to Eretz Yisroel for the summer (May-August) but my niece is I"H getting married in July. Obviously we're bringing him home for the wedding, but I was curious which is a better strategy price-wise (assuming that I am paying in cash, and/or no amazing deals pop-up):

- Book two round-trips NY-TLV (May-July, and then July-August)
- Book a round trip ex-NY for the whole summer (May-August) and for the wedding book ex-TLV?

Thoughts?

my thought is to let the boy learn well and miss his cousins wedding. its ok. nothing will happen except his appreciation for how important his learning is to you.

Booking round trip ORD - ABE. The return is actually a bus to EWR then a flight from EWR - ORD.

If I skip the bus would that cancel my return ticket? I understand that skipping a flight would cancel the rest of an itinerary but what about a bus?

It is probably okay to let him miss it, but the OP wanted to know what to do if he didn't want him to miss it. Just saying.
Parenting is highly individualized, which is why a chinuch book can only give you vague scenarios and general advice. (You may also find that highly specific advice in chinuch books just so happens to be irrelevant to your kid.) I would say it is hard to predict how the boy would react, appreciation-wise, if you aren't his parent (and even then!).

KLM is allowing me to reserve (pay for) adjacent extra legroom seats for two adults with lap infants+ a childon a 737 TLV-AMS, which as far as i know is not legal becuase there is only one extra oxygen mask per row. If I book these seats, what is likely to happen?

My United flight has T mobile WiFi available.

Can I just put in a phone number or they also ask for a pin code?
