Every flight says the specific timeframe

It’s basically till departure time of the flight.

There can be exceptions for good(over 24hrs) or bad (less even before 24hrs before)

If I book on united a multicity flight TLV-CLE, CLE-NYC, NYC-TLV, and i miss the CLE-NYC leg, will the remainder be cancelled?

You can call United and they might agree to drop the middle flight for you. Worked for my friend but could be a YMMV

Buying a ticket to Australia and the same flight is available for sale on AA and on Quantas. Is there an advantage to buying it from one over the other? Quantas is operating the flight

If booking with miles
AA has free and easier cancellations.
Qantas is more replaceable miles.

Probably people coming back from R'Meilech Biderman Shabbos, plus it's already start of people coming back for Pesach.

Trying to book an AA ticket with Alaska miles for a 17 year old. Can't book online, does anyone have any dp about booking on the phone?
How about booking myself and the 17 year old online and then canceling my portion by calling?

I have done it a few times based on the recommendation of @Dan and never had an issue
