Is there a way to know the actual value of each leg of a RT ticket?
IME, when an airline cancels a partially used ticket, they tend to come up with random numbers, which have almost always been less than half, but sometimes 20% of the full ticket. There’s zero transparency on the matter and I’m up to the professionalism/honesty of the rep.
I recently had a RT to TLV with Lot, booked on Priceline. Priceline rep initially quoted $99 for a $1200 RT, after HUCA I got it to $233 for taxes, with the agent quoting me a base fare of $0.
Lot won’t give me any info, and are sending me to PL.
Would a DOT complaint help?

TSA made me go correct my DOB on domestic flight. Isn't it a thing that they don't care about DOB?

TSA pre-check? Won't work unless DOB matches.

Best partner for saver phl-yyz on AC J?

Are you asking for operating airline? Only AC or AA nonstop.
Are you asking for program? AA probably but maybe Aeroplan depending on dynamic pricing.

Yes, Athens is a very easy airport. EK can be strict about only allowing 1 carry on (no personal item)

If traveling with children, check strollers through to the destination as the extra wait is not worth the risk.
Pack carryons in a way that you can afford to check them in if necessary (ie know exactly where everything that MUST be on the plane is). This applies to all travel.
Print your ETA.
If at all possible, have a boarding pass for the connecting flight.
I wrote a TR of the trip here and there is a bit of detail re: the ATH experience.

https://www.flightaware.com/live/flight/JBU358 Flight B6 358 left JFK 1 hr 13 min late and is arriving 2 hr 27 late.
Why the extra hour late?

Many times can be just runway traffic! Or because of timing gotta take a longer route!

Does anyone know when an airline puts your cancelled flight on elal for even exchange are they paying elal? If their rebooking you in y who pays for that?

I booked 2 flights with my Amex Platinum business card, flying United from EWR to Tel Aviv in Aug.. Flights just went down $350 per flight, is there anything I can do (Can I cancel still because of the war, or anything else I to do to rebook at the cheaper price.

Call Amex Travel to cancel and rebook (not likely that United will touch the ticket to refare it for you without a $50 fee at this point).

Amex does not give residual credit. Unless it’s fully refundable and you actually cancel.

Even if they do it for you?

United doesn't give, but I think they themselves do.

Odd, then there is really no point to get more than basic economy if you're an elite.

I would try refaring with United then. They have waived the $50 fee for me in the past.
