Are all 787's considered "Dreamliners?"
My flight on AC lists a 787-9 YYZ-TLV and a 787-8 DREAMLINER TLV-YYZ.
I know the 9 is longer than the 8 and seats more sardines, but are they both Dreamliners, and is that just a fancy name, or does it mean something else?

yes dreamliner is the name for all 787s regardless of the model

They are a travel agency and can charge what they want. Tried filing a claim with DoT, they sided against me.

NO!  For many, it's 24 hours.
Also, there are exceptions.  AA used to be one because it had a way to hold a reservation before buying it.
